Data Privacy for Scenario Interactions

What data is processed

When users interact with scenario simulations, we process response text (and optional voice transcripts) to generate coaching feedback. Scenario metadata, feedback scores, and interaction context may be processed for product functionality.

How data is used

Scenario responses are used only for feedback, coaching, and improvement guidance. Where configured, third-party AI or speech services may process data strictly for this evaluation purpose.

Access to sensitive response data is restricted through role-based security controls, so only authorized users and administrators can view protected operational records.

Storage choice in interactive scenarios

The interface provides a privacy control to submit responses without persistent storage. If this option is selected, response content is evaluated for immediate feedback but not written to analytics tables.

Security and retention

Transport security is provided using HTTPS/TLS for application and API traffic.

Access controls and audit logging are enforced for administrative operations.
